I worked with Kevin Piccarreto on my misdemeanor case and after one phone call and a meeting in his office he was able to get the charge dismissed without my having to appear in any court or hearing. Kevin was the lead council and I wish had been the only council in my crimianl case - we made a serious error in lilstening to a friend who advised me of another attny who then was supposed to take over as lead, ended up being co council - Kevin received the same amount of funds that the c o council ...did however the difference is that he did all the work.....he believed in me, where as the co counsel did not....I wish I had stuck souly with Attny Piccarreto - once I made him aware of my disability, he was compassionate, right on top of his game, and responsive to speaking me, his client vs speaking to my husband which is what the co council did - he did not avoid me and anytime he ws in the office he came to the phone always polite even though I was often hysterical - I would recommend this attny to anyone in a serious situation - mine was family dysfuntion in which I ended up taking a plea for something I did not do - however, Mr Piccarreto believed in me from the get go and I do believe if he had remained as soul council, there would have been a different outcome...........he is courteous, kind and does not brush you off - if he is in court, his secretary will tell you, but when he is back, he comes right to the phone.......he has notes about previous conversations...........Lord forbid anything so horrible should happen to be again who in my entire 56 yrs of life have had only a dui 20 yrs ago, I would turn to this man in a heart beat - I thought he was a bit abrupt at first which is what led me to alternate council, but once he knew of my disability he completely understoood........the sad thing is that the co council did not and he once was and may still be an attorney for disability. Mr Kevin J Piccarreto gets an AAAAAAA ++++++++++++++ in my book!
