Get another lawyer who will be a more zealous advocate
This lawyer is far, far too timid, deferential to opposing counsel, and intimidated. He's hardly the lawyer you need if you want a strong advocate for your case. There are far more experienced and zealous advocate for your case. Seek better representation.
