My first contact over the phone was surprising. He listened to what were my medical problems and future treatment and outlook. Both Mr Salter and his staff are knowledgeable in the law profession but they are caring and empathetic. He helped me to get a second opinion from one of the best Orthopedi...c Surgeon's in the area; Dr Thomas Tolli. When my prior Dr had said I was not a surgery candidate and would have to do long term pain management. That second opinion changed my life. If ever my family or friends need a great attorney, I am referring them to Brad Salter! He and his staff are just honesty Caro,g people that want to help you through a difficult and confusing time. Oh, and the settlement I received was more than I thought possible! He was even able to work down medical bills!

I have so many negitive things to say about Brad's unprofessionalism, however I refuse to spend more than a couple of minutes thinking about him. CHARISMA DOES NOT EQUAL COMPENTENCY!! You will think he's kind and ontop of your case - until it's too late!!! I was told all of the records requested ...by opposing council would be reviewed by Brad's office - this was to assure the personal and intimate details of my whole life that are unrelated to the case, would not be made public. 1st: at my depo, opposing council HAD PRIVATE CLIENT / ATTORNEY EMAILS THAT 'SLIPPED THROUGH'. If that wasn't bad enough he hadn't reviewed any of the information!! He was lost and confused!! 2nd: After he slaughtered my case and I fired him he place a lien with no dollar amount to satisfy it. Opposing Council and I had countered back & forth pro se' - we have now come to an acceptable settlement, HOWEVER BRAD HAS REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEGE EITHER ONE OF OUR REQUESTS FOR A LIEN SATISFACTION!! THIS MEANS I CANNOT SETTLE MY CASE BEFORE HIRING A LAWYER TO GO AFTER BRAD!! FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE BAR & GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW FAR HE'LL DRAG THIS OUT?? I NEVER wanted to file a complaint nor post anything negative - he made me feel like ALL THAT WAS BAD WAS MY FAULT!! I only wanted to move forward and humbly accept it takes two - I'm certain I was not the gold standard client. I am not an attorney and law can be confusing and seem unfair...I am only human!! With an INCREDIBLE new attorney HGH3, St. Pete, Brad's post-firing conduct, his disqusting ignorance etc..etc... I feel it's my obligation to warn people! I'm happy his actions since have been vindicated, which helps! With soon many options, don't take the chance!!
