Ms. Mikolaitis was more than excellent. She saved me from being completely victimized by a person with no apparent character. I purchased a dog for breeding from a breeder in Florida. The dog's testicles did not descend. The breeder tried every trick in the book to avoid remedy for the unfit for ...purchase dog and Ms. Mikolaitis stopped every attempt. Ms. Mikolaitis was completely available to me, returning every call in a timely manner, she was completely competent and professional and stayed on top of every maneuver the breeder attempted to avoid remedy and there were many. I could not ever find the words to say what an excellent job she did in protecting my rights and keeping me informed. She protected me and saved me from the victimization that had already occurred. I called Justine pertaining to my landlord giving me a hard time concerning my prescribed ESA. Justine immediately took my case and went to work right away.
