Ms. Mikolaitis was more than excellent. She saved me from being completely victimized by a person with no apparent character. I purchased a dog for breeding from a breeder in Florida. The dog's testicles did not descend. The breeder tried every trick in the book to avoid remedy for the unfit for ...purchase dog and Ms. Mikolaitis stopped every attempt. Ms. Mikolaitis was completely available to me, returning every call in a timely manner, she was completely competent and professional and stayed on top of every maneuver the breeder attempted to avoid remedy and there were many. I could not ever find the words to say what an excellent job she did in protecting my rights and keeping me informed. She protected me and saved me from the victimization that had already occurred. I more than highly recommend her to anyone that needs help in this area, to not be made a victim. She is the best in every way.

Moved to Florida to be with my mother in the late stages of lung cancer. I brought my emotional support dog with me. I had to show the association my psychiatric letter, current rabies, all other inoculations that are required. I was being harassed by not only the residents but the Community Associa...tion Manager confronted me and started to scream that i should take my dog and walk him ONLY around my property. I stared back at her and recorded the entire conversation.The Fair Housing Act had to be enforced, I saw I was going to need an attorney because they hired an attorney. I went online to find an attorney who knows all the legalities pertaining to Emotional Support animals and rules and regulations of Associations. We had a situation where a condominium association was harassing us about our service dog. We had provided all of the information they were entitled to and yet they had the association attorney harass us writing letters about how we were wrong, case law, had to attend meetings, provide medical record...s , etc. - We were referred to Justine Mikolaitis who was AWESOME! Not only did she immediately give us outstanding legal advice (which we followed), she thoroughly reviewed the laws, harassment letters, and association rules and then showed up at their "special hearing" and showed them they were outside the law, violating their own association rules as well, and ensured a court reporter was there in case it had to be escalated. This was a terribly stressful time for us and Justine took care of everything and stayed in near-constant contact with us. Her rates were reasonable and she even got the associations' attorney to admit he hadn't even READ the laws for service animals!!! Justine is professional, responsive, aggressive when necessary, conservative when trying to find the best possible solution and tries to act in a way that minimizes litigious activity on the part of either side. She is formidably intelligent and her due diligence saved us having to sue them and end up in court for relief! Thank you Justine!!!

Justine protected us from our condominium association when they tried to deny our service dog from being allowed in our residence. The COA tried to get their attorney to bully us into submitting to their whims. When we hired Justine, she quite literally, embarrassed the other attorney with her know...ledge of case law and federal statutes.
