Travis McConnell is "Simply the best " and that is an understatement. After a very serious workplace injury caused from employer's negligence in maintaining a safe work environment, the organization schemed and connived their way through my initial days of recovery by influencing doctors, limiting wo...rkers comp services and inventing ways to terminate me. I did not lawyer up in my initial days as there was a level of trust that in my naivety assumed existed at least between the senior most management which I was a part of. However their intent became apparent as they rushed to get me back to work, broken bones et al, barely able to stand without aids and as soon as I joined back they demoted me and had a visit from the company lawyer who told me that my medical expenses till date were maxing out at the workers comp limit and I had costed them $400K thus far. He got me the settlement that I needed to proceed unhindered by Workers comp that was limiting me to doctors on their payroll that had already messed up my initial surgery requiring me to go through serious correctional surgery and the rehab associated with it. My daughter was expelled from school for taking selfies in a place at school she shouldn't have on her phone. She was accused to have taken pictures that were inappropriate. She did not take the any inappropriate pictures and they had no proof. Mr. McConnell went above and beyond to help my daughter... get back into school. He did the research that needed to be done to know what he needed done. When we went in front of the expulsion board he knew what he had to do, he told them what we wanted. If phone calls needed to be made he would call them for me so I did not have to. And we got what we wanted my daughter is going back to school. So she can further her education. I would recommend Mr. McConnell to anyone that wants to get the job done. I know if I ever need another lawyer I will calling him.
