J.S. Lucas Fleming

I was told my son may not make it when he was taken to the hospital for alcoholism. I knew if he did live that he needed to go into treatment but would probably say "No" since he had never wanted to go before. Mr. Fleming recommended I file a Marchman Act Petition which I did. He was ordered to go ...into treatment by the Judge and reluctantly did so. He has been sober for 6 months now and just got released for treatment. He looks so different from how he looked so close to death in the hospital. I don't know if he will stay sober, but I do know that he is alive now and I thank Mr. Fleming for representing me. I would not know what to do if it were not for his guidance. I am writing this to help others know that there is a way out when you have someone close to you dying right before your eyes because of their drinking and are in complete denial that the disease has taken over their life.
