The thrust of Mr. Rios' practice entails defending immigrants in deportation cases (also called removal proceedings) in all Florida Immigration Courts, filing Motions to Reopen and/or Reconsider in all the Immigration Courts in the United States, and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals or Administrative Appeals Office. For those that may have been already deported, Mr. Rios seeks solutions, usually through waivers, to facilitate their lawful return to the United States.
