Joseph Thomas Lipinski

Under no circumstance hire Joseph Lipinski as your lawyer. After paying Mr. Lipinski thousands of dollars, it took him several months to even file my case. After filing, he went six months without working on my case at all. He would ignore my phone calls and emails and I would go months without being... able to get a hold of him. He would constantly forget details of my case and it was clear that he did not care about my case whatsoever. He is completely incompetent and will screw you over. After firing Mr. Lipinski, he refused to issue any refund despite the fact that he never performed the majority of the services he was paid in advance for. You will not find a worse lawyer than Joseph Lipinski!

I would not recommend working with Joseph "Joel" Lipinski. First because you have to chase him to get a reply. Second, he kept the majority of my down payment and only did about a tenth of the outlined work. I hired him to file a suit against a company where I bought inventory to sell on Amazon. A MO...NTH after I paid the deposit, I emailed Joel to get a status update. He replied that he was waiting on my fee. I replied that I paid him a month ago and sent a screenshot. A few days later he emailed that the company had gone out of business. We decided he would do "a quick assessment" on whether he thought we would still be able to collect from the business owner. I decided not to move forward because I had lost faith in Joel's abilities. He returned 1,500 of my 3,500 deposit. When I replied that I would like to see the results (reports, email, research, etc.) of this $2,000 worth of work, he did not reply.

I used Mr. Lipinski for my divorce and don't recommend him for anything. It took him 3 years to finish a case that had been mostly done by another attorney(deceased) and had a partial judgement. He would not respond to emails for weeks and once I had to threaten to call the Bar Association just to ge...t him to contact me. His motions and filings were late, he delayed court meetings, I would have to constantly remind him of details, he took no interest in my case and has even called me the wrong name. My house sold in the settlement, the money went to his escrow account and was tied up for weeks with him not responding to emails again. I've never dealt with anyone that has such poor work ethics. Please don't waste time and money.
