Under no circumstance hire Joseph Lipinski as your lawyer. After paying Mr. Lipinski thousands of dollars, it took him several months to even file my case. After filing, he went six months without working on my case at all. He would ignore my phone calls and emails and I would go months without being... able to get a hold of him. He would constantly forget details of my case and it was clear that he did not care about my case whatsoever. He is completely incompetent and will screw you over. After firing Mr. Lipinski, he refused to issue any refund despite the fact that he never performed the majority of the services he was paid in advance for.
