I was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, graduating from Boca Ciega High School in 1967. I attended the University of South Florida and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Stetson College of Law granted me my Juris Doctorate in 1975.
I was an Assistant Public Defender in the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Florida. I no longer handle civil or criminal cases, but those years of service provided me with extensive trial experience and still provides me with a thorough understanding of the criminal justice system and the civil courts. I began the private practice of law by opening my own office in 1978. Since then I have continued to maintain a personalized relationship with my clients, assisting them in a wide range of legal matters. Now, I specialize in the areas of Probate, Guardianship, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Small Business and Corporate Law.
During my years of practice and as a part of my on-going community service, I have taught classes at St. Petersburg Junior College (n/k/a St. Petersburg College,) volunteered as a Guardian ad litem to act as the voice for abused and neglected children who are thrust into the court system, and has served as a hearing officer in the Juvenile Alternative Diversion Program handling the disposition of cases for first time youthful offenders.
I am also involved in the local arts community, I have assisted dozens of arts organizations in becoming non-profit corporations. I have served as the chairman of the Pinellas County Arts Council, chairman of St. Petersburg First Night, chairman of the St. Petersburg Arts Advisory Committee, Performing Arts Chairman of Mainsail Arts Festival and chairman of the St. Petersburg Public Arts Commission and served on the Pinellas County Public Art and Design Committee.

Outstanding Service!
I hired Gregory to reopen a 16 year old probate case, as an error needed to be corrected through the court and the attorney who originally handled the probate is deceased. I was under an extremely tight deadline and was very stressed about the situation. Gregory quickly met with me, calmed me down,...
