Tim Miller has practiced law in Florida for over 30 years. During that time he has achieved an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubble, demonstrating how highly he is viewed by his peers. Tim concentrates his practice in the area of probate litigation which involves helping people work through disputes when a loved one dies. He both a trusted advisor and a zealous advocate for his clients throughout the probate litigation process.
Tim is active in the community having served on the Professional Advisory Committee of the SPCA of Tampa Bay, the Suncoast Estate Planning Council, and the St. Petersburg Arson Task Force.
