Slow to respond, not proactive, not aggressive
Hired for my divorce. If I wasn’t actively calling or emailing them, they’d let weeks go by without reaching out even when action was needed on either end. I think the divorce took twice as long just due to slow responses and the inability to be proactive. I paid for legal advice to avoid losing more...
