Biography
Brandon S. Vesely has been Florida Bar Board Certified in Appellate Practice since 2009 and has 30 years of appellate experience in the state and federal courts. Mr. Vesely has handled over 275 appeals. Mr. Vesely previously worked as a staff attorney at the Second District Court of Appeal for the late, Honorable Jerry R. Parker. Mr. Vesely presently serves on The Florida Bar's Board of Legal Specialization and Education and previously served for 12 years on the Appellate Court Rules Committee. Mr. Vesely has held an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 2004. He has been named a Super Lawyer® in Appellate Law every year since 2016. He was voted Legal Elite® in appellate law by Florida Trend Magazine in 2015. And he was recognized as one of Tampa Bay's Top Rated Lawyers™multiple times; as one of the Best Lawyers in Tampa Bay® multiple times; and as one of Tampa Bay Review's 40 under 40 in 2002. Mr. Vesely received his B.A. from Dartmouth College in 1991 and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1994. Insightful and Diligent
