Nicole Marie Ziegler

Nicole Ziegler represents individual and their families who have been wrongfully injured or killed or suffered a loss as a result of negligence by corporations, nursing homes, medical facilities, physicians, or other careless individuals.  Ms. Ziegler also has handles appeals throughout the state of Florida, including before the Florida Supreme Court, and has tried both jury and non-jury cases in the state and federal courts.  Ms. Ziegler has also successfully handled arbitrations and mediations for her clients. 

Ms. Ziegler  is an active member of the Florida Bar and currently serves on the Appellate Court Rules Committee where she is Co-Chair of the Worker's Compensation subcommittee.  Ms. Ziegler previously served on the Student Education and Admissions to the Bar Committee.  Ms. Ziegler is also an active member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and was previously appointed  by the Chief Judge to serve on the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court Professionalism Committee.

In addition to her professional involvement, Ms. Ziegler is also actively involved in a number of community organizations.  In 2013 she was selected to participate in Leadership St. Pete, an intesive six month leadership program that is one of the oldest in the country.  She remains an active participant with the Leadership St. Pete alumni association.  She has also served on the Board of Directors for the St. Petersburg Police Athletic League, including co-chairing the Founders' Club Breakfast.

Ms. Ziegler earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Florida Coastal School of Law where she ranked among the two percent of her class. During law school Ms. Ziegler served as a judicial intern to Justice Ricky Polston and former Justice Kenneth Bell on the Florida Supreme Court.  

Ms. Ziegler earned her B.A. in English with a concentration in business from the University of Saint Francis in 2006, graduating Valedictorian.  In addition to her collegiate studies, Ms. Ziegler captained the University of Saint Francis women’s soccer team and was recognized as an Honorable Mention All-American women’s soccer player and was selected to the ESPN The Magazine All-American team.
