I came to Bill through a referral. My father owned properties in Florida and after his death I needed an attorney to assist with the transfers. Bill was very helpful. He promptly assessed what my needs would be and was able to provide a quote on costs and time for the transactions. From the initial visit and throughout the entire process I was kept informed of the status. He also brought in other agents required to complete all the transactions who were equally efficient.
