Pamela D. Cichon

Pamela Cichon was a partner in the law firm of Rahdert Law, P.L.L.C., in St. Petersburg, Florida.  She joined the firm in 2014 after practicing general civil litigation for 23 years in defense of the City of St. Petersburg and serving as legal advisor to its Community Preservation Commission. Her areas of concentration are labor and employment, municipal land use and zoning, and insurance defense. She is also a civil circuit court mediator certified by the Supreme Court of Florida and an experienced arbitrator. She was selected in 2017 to serve as in-house legal counsel for the City of Temple Terrace.

Ms. Cichon received her BA in English, with honors, from the University of Florida and her juris doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 1979. She has been a Member in Good Standing of the Florida Bar since 1981 and the Texas Bar since 2003 (inactive). She is also a Member in Good Standing of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. 

Ms. Cichon is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and serves on the editorial board of its publication, The Paraclete. She is a member of the Executive Committee and a former chair of the Florida Bar’s Government Lawyers Section, a former member of the Florida Bar’s Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee, and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Gulfcoast Legal Services since 1991. Ms Cichon is a past recipient of the Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Services Award for the Seventh Judicial Circuit. For the past five years, she has been a volunteer with Lawyers for Literacy, and has tutored a third grader weekly in reading comprehension.
