Our 8 year old child was coached by their counselor to be Baker Acted just a week after same counselor had his twin Baker Acted. Children with normal life and mental health patterns before beginning with this school counselor at the start of the year. Adam was by our side within 4 hours of contac...t, working with his partner to get our Writ of Habeas Corpus together on a Friday afternoon and document gathering from others as well as our family's doctor and put in play a judge at the ready. He even handled the cops when they were called on us as the administrator couldn't get her story straight. Our child was released within the next 4 through Friday night to our and our doctor's care thanks to the quick thinking and firm hand Adam used to bring our Baker Acted son home to us. I'm deeply grateful to his quick actions and quick thinking to prevent our son from being held against his (and our) will creating traumatizing memories.
