Biography
Ryan Singleton is board-certified as Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney by the American Board of Certification. He graduated law school from Stetson University College of Law in 2005 and after 2 years of general practice, Ryan started managing a high-volume of bankruptcy cases as the housing market recession of that era developed. Since that time, Ryan has exclusively practiced in the realm of bankruptcy, debt settlement and consumer rights. His experience in bankruptcy is extensive as he has represented individual consumers in Chapter 7 & 13 cases, corporate debtors in Chapter 7 cases and Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors, creditors in Chapter 7, 11 & 13 cases and he has also represented Trustees in Chapter 7 cases. Ryan currently co-owns and operates Singleton Legal, PLLC with his wife and fellow attorney, Amanda O. Singleton, who manages a Probate & Estate Planning practice.
