Matthew David Westerman

I am a Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law. I represent businesses throughout the State of Florida in matters involving virtually every aspect of the employer-employee relationship. I have significant experience defending corporations in employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage-hour litigation matters. I also represent clients before federal, state and local administrative agencies. I also devote a considerable amount of my practice to assisting businesses with their day-to-day human resources issues.

In addition, I represent employers in business immigration matters. My services include: non-immigrant visa strategy and planning, visa preparation and filing, green card and labor certification processing, and immigration compliance audits and training.
