Daniel Scott Hartpence

Hello Everyone, My Name Is Jason, and I wanted to go ahead and get on-line here, and give Mr. Daniel Hartpence here an EXCELLENT review because well HONESTLY he earned it. Now here a couple months ago I found myself in the position were I was going to need a lawyer. (Hopefully this never ...happens to you, however it did for me.) So I was living in the Tampa Bay area at the time, and I wound up with a Personal Injury case. Now mind you I have never been familiar with what to do in a situation like this nor was my case very big and therefore there probably wasn't very much in it for him. Truth be told I was really feeling very apprehensive about the the whole ordeal. So I did what everyone else does when they don't know how/what to do or deal with something, you ask "Google" right!?! Now in doing so this pulled up many lawyers in my area who were "More than qualified" for my case. But nevertheless I called probably about 10 or so attorney's before I actually got a response back. It was Daniel. He was very professional, and prompt with his response. I liked that, it made me feel as if my issues were important to him. Now Mr. Hartpence was like a Pit-bull on my case from that very moment forward. One of the first things he asked me was: "So, are you OK?" "Now that little phrase, this set me on him. I know its just a sentence, but you'd be surprised on how many attorney's don't care." So after asking me what happened and listening to my case he proceeded on by helping me Step-by-Step through everything!!! "From Start to Finish!!!" He told me how to deal with, and what to do with my evidence, who I should speak with, and who not to. All the way up to what "was" or "wasn't" possible for my case. He was VERY knowledgeable and available throughout this whole process. On top of that he did all of this Pro-Bono no upfront cost and took payment last. This guy is one of the few Attorney's out there that I believe is in the business truly "FOR the people." And that my friends is how he made me feel like I was "His #1 client!" First time being arrested, not even a traffic ticket, and I racked up 7 felony charges. I was positive that my life was over 6 years of school down the drain until I met Danny and he got me the best possible outcome ever now I am walking away with no felonies on my record thanks to Daniels hard work ...and unbeatable skills. If it wasn't for Daniel I would be spending probably a year in jail with nothing to look forward to when getting out. not only did he work with me financially he also was there for me whenever I needed to talk even if it was to just calm me down and reassure me that everything would be ok. I am so grateful for the work put forth by Danny, Brian and the other lawyers who worked on my case at Pearlman & Clark. I'm a recent graduate from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL and I currently ride a scooter because of the convenience of everything being nearby. On July 3rd (2015), a ...driver cut through 3 lanes of traffic to cut me off on a major roadway which resulted in me being thrown off the scooter at 40 MPH and lead to a broken right arm and a busted chin that required stitches. Fortunately, I was wearing a helmet which more than likely saved my life. Following this incident, I was slammed with a $3000 emergency room visit followed by a lien against me from SHANDS hospital which they sent out less than 2 weeks after my accident. I also required 4 follow-up visits for my right arm that totaled over $1000 which put me into significant debt - on top of all the other life stressors going on in my life. Needless to say, the entire ordeal took a lot out of me mentally and emotionally. My mom worked with this firm previously and they were able to do great work for her so she recommended me to Danny which lead to my case. From the beginning, Danny was professional, courteous and showed genuine concern for my injury. Even when I was snappy or difficult to talk to (I'm not a huge fan of lawyers in general), Danny was helpful and informative. He was very open with me about what he planned to do for me and what steps needed to take place to reach a settlement. Once I healed and received all the medical bills for my injury, I was able to hand those over to the law firm and they took complete charge from that point on. I sent my final bills on Oct. 8th and I received my settlement check less than a month later on Nov. 5th. They were able to settle my case at the maximum on the offender's insurance policy which was awesome. They were also able to negotiate my medical bills from over $4000 to only $2750, which gave me more money back in my settlement, even more awesome. Even after my case was closed, Danny and Brian were 100% responsive when I received a letter asking for collection of the medical bills that we had just negotiated and were planning to pay. It was truly refreshing to have someone looking out for my interests when I felt like a stick in the mud that every bureaucratic system and institution kept stepping on without the slightest care. Now I have a great deal of money saved up for a car and I intend to be off my scooter by the end of the year! I can't wait to buy my new car but it wouldn't be possible without Danny's help and the help from this law firm. I absolutely recommend this guy if you have a serious personal injury case or anything in that realm. Danny was responsive and caring, helping our son navigate the frightening criminal justice system. His expertise helped ensure our son received counseling as opposed to a year in jail. He'll now have the ability to go to college, receive financial aid and continue with his life, putting this incide...nt that would've been much worse had it not been for Danny Hartpence. When I was in a rough spot and got my first criminal offence I was very worrisome about the effect it will have on my record--- and my bank account. I knew nothing about the legal system but when I met Daniel Scott Hartpence it seemed like anything I would ask he could answer, he was patient and tho...rough in his explanation of the situation I was in and how to get out of it. But there's something greater about Daniel he never made me feel scared always reassured me and comforted me and he was so confident in everything he said! When I as in a tight financially he gave a honest and fair deal when other attorneys were trying to get every cent out of me. He's A YOUNG AND CHARISMATIC attorney and just a nice person to be around. Through out the whole process never did I feel that he couldn't handle it! I totally recommend him!
