Attorney Kalin is not your average criminal defense attorney. He does discovery, looks at police personnel files, does legal briefs on illegal searches by law enforcement, and he performed a niracle for me, getting a false arrest for a felony charge reduced to a disorderly conduct charge, without eve...n having to take the case all the way to a trial. I'm giving 2 stars because the quality of work was acceptable. Responsiveness, timeliness, and ability to set clear client expectations was non- existent. I engaged with Touff to do 3 things: establish a corporation, establish an employment agreement for my daughter to run the corporation, and review... an FDD for a franchisor we want to engage. 4 months later and I'm still waiting on this to be finalized. Our target go- live date is in the rear view mirror and Touff obviously has more important business to deal with. The responsible course of action he should have taken was to reject our request to work with him.

Touff Kalin was very courteous and professional throughout our entire encounter. He was patient and walked us through every step, but was not condescending (like many attorneys tend to be).
