Touff Louis Kalin

I'm giving 2 stars because the quality of work was acceptable. Responsiveness, timeliness, and ability to set clear client expectations was non- existent. I engaged with Touff to do 3 things: establish a corporation, establish an employment agreement for my daughter to run the corporation, and review... an FDD for a franchisor we want to engage. 4 months later and I'm still waiting on this to be finalized. Our target go- live date is in the rear view mirror and Touff obviously has more important business to deal with. The responsible course of action he should have taken was to reject our request to work with him.

I got pro services needed regarding visa consultation. Mr. Kalin provided highly detailed services for my concerns. He’s very professional and skilled with a wide knowledge in this area. He’s a good person and it was a pleasure doing business with his firm. I would definitely recommend working ...with him. AAA

Touff Kalin was very courteous and professional throughout our entire encounter. He was patient and walked us through every step, but was not condescending (like many attorneys tend to be). He was able to explain to us quite quickly what was needed to finalize our paperwork and get everything sorted... - and did so in an extremely thorough manner. I really appreciate his time & attention to detail! (Also, it's an added bonus that he is a decorated veteran - I am always happy to support our veterans. So thank you for your service!)
