I'm giving 2 stars because the quality of work was acceptable. Responsiveness, timeliness, and ability to set clear client expectations was non- existent. I engaged with Touff to do 3 things: establish a corporation, establish an employment agreement for my daughter to run the corporation, and review... an FDD for a franchisor we want to engage. 4 months later and I'm still waiting on this to be finalized. Our target go- live date is in the rear view mirror and Touff obviously has more important business to deal with. The responsible course of action he should have taken was to reject our request to work with him.
