We hired Attorney Freeman for my daughter's SS Disability claim. Mr. Freeman received an email sent by me to his firm on a Friday night and responded to my plea for help in under 12 hours on Saturday. He met with me on that Monday. I was a complete emotional and physical wreck because of the sudden inability to work without hope of return. I was too weak, sick and... upset to file for SSD and knew it was unlikely I would find a lawyer to apply for me since I heard most will not even meet with you until you are denied twice. Yet Mr. Freeman did file for me and shockingly the medical information and presentation of records resulted in Social Security notifying me in twelve weeks that they were rewarding me SSD. I know this is not the norm and often it takes a long time but I feel Mr. Freeman is the reason the case was properly presented which resulted in a proper review by Social Security. I have no idea what I would have done without his help. Keep in mind that Mr Freeman knew all along that if he obtained SSD for me in under six months from the onset of my disability he would receive no pay because there would be no back pay awarded to me by Social Security. He took my case anyway rather than making me suffer while being unable to apply. This is why other lawyers will not take cases that have not been previously denied. Mr. Freeman did what was right for me and not was right for his wallet. He did the honorable thing. That is rare in today's world.

He guided me in finding medical professionals who could help me with treatment during such a time of financial hardship. I was able to build the necessar...y evidence to present during a hearing where he fiercely fought for my case. He was always available to answer any questions by either email or phone; there was never a time where I felt like I was alone during this process. Mr. Freeman was kindly patient toward me. He treated me like a valued client and respected me. This is very important for me during an otherwise humiliating and dehumanizing process. Though it took one and a half years (give or take) to get a hearing, he checked up on me periodically and kept up with my medical records. He provided information about every aspect the appeal process and represented me with aggressive confidence. I would definitely recommend Mr. Freeman to any person in need of a lawyer for their disability case and cannot stress enough how much I appreciate all his hard work.
