Samuel E Cooley

I am licensed in both California and Florida with several years of legal experience in contract negotiations, pre-suit disputes, trial, and appeals involving business transactions and commercial disputes, with an emphasis on intellectual property matters.

I attended Vanderbilt University and Stetson University College of Law for undergraduate and law school, respectively. Since beginning my legal practice, I have effectively tried cases in California and Florida for plaintiffs and defendants, both civilly and criminally. I have also successfully negotiated high value contracts for clients and settled countless cases for my clients’ benefit. I am dedicated to zealously representing individuals and entities regardless of which side of the courtroom or negotiating table they may find themselves.

To me, legal representation should be about clever advocacy for my clients in the pursuit of justice. While it may seem cliché or corny to some, this manta motivates me to fight for my clients to achieve just results, regardless of how hard the battle may be.
