Stéphanie Espada

Stéphanie Espada is an associate attorney practicing in international intellectual property law with particular emphasis on international intellectual property and assists clients in the acquisition of U.S. and foreign trademarks, patent, and copyright rights. Ms. Espada further assists attorneys with complex intellectual property litigation involving varied technologies and advises on matters involving the infringement of intellectual property rights. She also has experience in various aspects of trademark prosecution and related transactional matters.

Ms. Espada is a French native and can assist both national and international clients in French and English. Prior to joining Maxey-Fisher, Ms. Espada began her law career in France within the legal departments of companies in the oil and gas and transportation logistics industries. Ms. Espada worked for an intellectual property law firm in Dublin, Ireland serving a wide variety of industries including fashion, luxury, and pharmaceutical brands. Once relocating to the U.S. in 2017, she interned for Anchor Glass Container Corporation in Tampa, Florida.
