The BEST for physician contract review!

Ms. Towzey is very well versed in physician contract law and provides a thorough and detailed review of physician contracts. Her knowledge of both Florida Law and the history related to certain aspects of physician employment agreements is evident. I left my contract review with a better underst...anding of how certain clauses in my contract protect both the physician and the employer. Ms. Towzey suggested a few minor changes to my employment agreement that were gladly accepted by my new employer. I’m am ever so grateful to have found her and wish that I knew her when reviewing contracts in the past. Her rates are very reasonable and fair, and she is knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating to busy physician schedules. I have already referred two colleagues to Ms. Towzey and can say with great confidence that they are in excellent hands!

Lighting fast brain and great service

Phyllis was referred to me by another labor law attorney, which is not insignificant. While her current caseload is high, she took the time to provide me with a consultation via e-mail. I initiated it with an e-mail to her office. I wrote up the scenario and a couple of questions, not expecting a... reply beyond, "maybe", or "check with my office and maybe in a month I can get to you". Instead, I had a detailed analysis and some answers directly from Phyllis...in under 20 minutes! I asked her a handful of follow up questions and her responses were thoughtful, well-reasoned, and sensible. And very fast. This level of service and insight is rare in any industry, particularly among attorneys. She is a good one to have on your side, and a bad one to have opposing you.

Great to work with and a real advocate

Phyllis has been great to work with. She has helped review and advise for several employment-related issues and has always given solid advice. She is easy to talk to, willing to answer all my questions and has been a real advocate for me.

Physician Contracts

Phyllis Towzey is one of the few attorneys that understand physician contract law. This is a specialty that is hard to come by. As a physician, I am able to spend less time talking about my profession and spend more time getting down to legal business with Phyllis. Highly recommended and will use her... to pre-screen my contracts in the future before I sign them. She is also reasonably priced.

Secured an enhanced severance package for me

I am a senior executive. Ms.Towzey was able to convince my former employer to significantly increase the severance package the employer offered me. She worked professionally and I felt i had a true professional on my side.
