From the first time I met John Matthias and he agreed to handle my case, I could not have found a more excellent advocate! It wasn’t a huge case, but I was worried about being stuck with some large hospital and surgical bills. The insurance company did not think their client was entirely at fault, but instead of taking their first offer, John kept negotiating until the final result was the insurance company paying 100% of my medical bills and giving me a nice settlement for my pain and suffering. I am so relieved and happy with the settlement that John achieved! He always spoke to me when I had a question, and his fine assistant Melissa was also completely knowledgeable about the progress of my case at any moment. Amazing service

Auto accident and bodily injury

While driving my car I was hit from the rear causing neck and back injury as well as a totaled car. My first impression was that Atty John Mathias and Melissa, his assistant, were very respectful and interested in all of the information I gave them. They both were easily accessible every time I called the office and always kept me informed. It was key for me to be able to speak face to face with my attorney and know that he was completely involved. Found compassion, trust and am confident Atty John Mathias was working for me. Slip and fall attorney

John Mathias is a very competent and caring attorney. On a trip to Florida I fell and injured several body parts as well as being knocked unconscious. I contacted Mr. Mathias and he immediately started working on my case. His office Assistant Melissa worked with me also. She is like a breath of fresh air, especially on days when you think things couldn't get any worse. Mr. Mathias and Melissa are very compassionate and caring. This office is one of the finest and I would recommend Mr. Mathias to anyone. If you want an honest and trustworthy attorney you should make it your number one option to go and see him first.

Personal injury case review

My spouse was bumped from behind and knocked down by an unattentive employee in a large warehouse store while shopping, just four days before our fiftieth wedding anniversary. It resulted in a fractured hip requiring pin surgery and one-year healing recovery as she was more than 70 years old. It ruined our anniversary, and her hospitalization and rehabilitation was extremely stressful.
