We found ourselves needing a landlord-tenant attorney. Background we were tenants for over two years no late payments, no written complaints paying top rent. Owner decided to sell the property (he too this day still had not dutifully informed us). It is public record he sold this property for 130k... and the one next door for 130k cash deals. They were listed for 18o k each.
