Craig Lewis Berman

My husband and I have retained attorney Craig Berman of St. Petersburg, Fla for over 10 years. He has helped us with legal matters with our teenage daughter, storage units, family matters, fisheries-state and federal, vs. The State of Florida where each and every time, he prevailed, and cases have be...en settled with and sometimes without ever having to appear in court. I can't tell you how impressed I am with his vast knowledge and professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend this attorney for ANY legal questions or concerns you may have. He is the very best! And you will be in the best of care under his advice and representation.

Never consulted with me when going in for an offer with opposing counsel. Actually ended up siding with opposing counsel behind my back. Berman is sneaky and he's a liar. Does what he wants without communicating to his client. Never prepared me for a deposition, never kept me informed. He didn't d...o one thing for me except he took a retainer fee and he took 40% of my joke of a settlement that he didnt even earn.

Readers: After spending almost $1,500, my wife and I are very displeased. Mr. Berman said everything was going to go our way. Not only are we out the money we spent towards him, well, it did not go our way and we are out thousands more dollars than Mr. Berman said we would. The amount we paid out was... the exact same as before we went to see Mr. Berman. Huh, some lawyer! Everything Mr. Berman said was false and he kept making excuses each time something wasn't going our way. Craig: We hired you to know the ins and outs of our case and it seems that you simply did not review any material. Not to mention you kept giving us info for another case that had nothing to do with ours.

Craig has represented me for over 2 years in a lawsuit regarding labor laws. I wouldn't recommend Craig as a good waiter or busboy, much less a lawyer. He is hands down one of the worst at communicating & following thru with his false words. "I'll call you back on that or email you tomorrow" he will ...tell you, if he does actually reply, but don't hold your breath waiting for that follow up. I never had a good feeling about Craig and tried giving him the benefit of the doubt, but after my case is finally winding down I really wish I would have seeked counsel elsewhere. Craig seemed to have taken on a case that was either more than he could chew, or he was just having a rough 2+ years as a lawyer. Maybe this dog had fight in him at some point, but that time has long passed. Save yourself a headache and find a different attorney, I truly have nothing good to say about my experience with Craig.
