DO NOT GET THIS LAWYER!!!!! Horrible service, never gets anything done, keeps dragging your case to get more money out of you. I hired this lawyer because he had the lowest retainer and the lowest hourly fee but I end up being charged double what a more expensive lawyer would have charged me. All wha...t he wants is his money and he does not care about your situation. I end up hiring a new lawyer that charges double of what this lawyer charges but when I saw my first bill from my new lawyer, it was a lot less then what this lawyer was charging me. DO NOT GET IT HIM!!!

I chose Mr. Heath as my divorce lawyer about a year ago. The reason I chose him was cheaper services. But, soon I realized why he is cheaper than other lawyers. He was absolutely awful. First of all, he has anger issues and often yells on the phone. Second of all, he does not keep you informed, you n...eed to call him and try to reach him if you want to learn what is going on your case. Then, he is very slow. He would not do anything unless you call him and ask him about it. Final thing for me was when he charged me on an email I sent on his weak performance on my case and when he charged me for the forms I prepared. On top of that, he charged me for filing these documents and he never did so! I learned it 3 months later and as you can imagine it was too late and I had to pay the new attorney to prepare then again. I am actually in the process of complaning to Florida Bar about him. So, maybe soon they will take his license away. I hired another attorney that took care of everything in three months that he couldnt do in a year!
