I would chose someone else.
I have a serious concern regarding this attorney. In a response to a "conferral" for some evasive discovery, she wrote.. and this is an exact quote... "we already sent you all we have on your case. i filed that documentation in the case. we cave invent things to give you. there is no there there" ...
