Level headed and very smart.
My ex husband spent $15,000 for his attorney and I spent less than $1000.00 on mine and am very happy with how things turned out. Enough said.

Good lawyer..
Pretty good lawyer. I had an issue with child support and it turned out well. I would recommend her to people who have hard cases. She has good prices and I was able to get my filing fees waived.

All talk, no action
Lawyer didn't present evidence or call witnesses. She let ex's lawyer bash me, call objection repeatedly and do most of the talking.

Replied last July 19, 2013Clients must understand that you cannot just admit any items into evidence on the day of the trial and just expect them to be admitted without objection. You must be fully prepared for trial and that is why we schedule trial preparation. People hire attorneys because they know the law, however, some people believe that they know best and expect the attorney to follow. This client states that she felt bashed by the opposing attorney but, the opposing attorney represents the opposing party and is not concerned with anyone other than their clients own interests. This client states that I did not call witnesses, however, there were no witnesses available to support her claims. This client has also failed to state that the ruling was in her favor, which shows that sometimes, as attorneys, we cannot please every client, no matter what the outcome.

Divorce went smoothly!
I was very impressed with this attorney from beginning to end. This was an extremely difficult divorce for me as it was my second. I am not proud of this fact, but, it is the truth. Ms. Preston is affordable. smart and affordable and I refer her to those who need her services.

I trust Ms. Preston and filed a chapter 13 using her services. I am thankful to her because I was able to save my home from foreclosure. She charges much less than other attorneys. I think she is worth more than what she charged.
