Mrs. Preston claims to be probono, She takes will take your money and once your income is found out, she basically will ignore you if you have no money to provide to the case, yet she can get dues paid by the other party, she fills your head with what you want to hear, an stops helping you. She does...nt care about the kids it about her pocket book. Shes a scam lawyer

I hired Summer to file a custody modification. I suspected my ex-husband was involved in drugs and I didn't feel comfortable sending my children to visit him during the summer. I sent Summer $724 for a retainer, filing fee, and process server fee. She sent me a few blank forms to fill out and I spoke... with her on the phone once regarding the issue. My ex-husband then died of an overdose a few weeks later, before anything was opened through the court, before I even finished filling out the paperwork. I told Summer what happened, she advised me the retainer was non-refundable, however she would get back to me when she was in office the following week. I never heard another word from her. She never returned any of my emails, voicemails, or texts. Its not only the fact that she kept the retainer after doing very minimal work on the case.. its the fact that she also kept the $125 for the filing fee and process server fee that should have been refundable. All this while helping my children with their dad's death and spending the money to fly them to the funeral. Very disappointing.

I hired Summer after my ex moved to Florida and took our child with her. We failed to agree on a visitation schedule privately and my ex was being very uncooperative. I currently live in Colorado and found Mrs. Preston through various web searches of lawyers in Florida. The case is now over and than...ks to Summer, a long distance parenting plan has been set in stone. I couldn't be any happier to have a shared visitation schedule and see my little girl on a consistent basis. I have yet to meet Summer in person, but it goes to show how diligent she is even in unusual circumstances.
