Capable & Competent
Ms Preston represented me in my divorce several months ago. I was married for 27 years and I had much to lose. She was capable of representing me in such a high conflict case and was highly competent as it relates to her knowledge of legal matters. I recommend her without hesitation.

Never hire this lawyer
I hired Summer to represent me in my divorce. Summer was not knowledgeable and as a result I have to pay $2,000.00 a month to my former wife. I've gone through an appeal and have been able to address at great expense Summer's lack of legal experience.

Replied last January 26, 2012Although this case was over three years old, it is very familiar to me. I try to explain to clients that the law prevails, no matter what attorney you choose, the courts must follow the letter of the law. In reading over this case, which was appealed, the above finding of support was affirmed by the Appellate Court. Therefore, the spousal support award was justified. I wish as attorneys, we could please all of our clients, but, in reality, we too, have an obligation to be truthful, from the very beginning, even if it means that they may be facing a spousal or child support obligation. It should also be noted that no matter what attorney you choose, no attorney is above the law,.
