Summer Preston

I'm in the process of retaining her but from the moment I spoke to her, told her about my complicated family law case, I could hear the sympathy in her voice, the compassion. I took the time to read all the reviews and over the years with my litigation, I learned that its human behavior that no pers...on is going to be able to please everyone. But, in family law, its the dedicated attitude, the fighting attitude for justice that a lawyer needs in additional to the knowledge that they possess. I am in the negotiating stage with Ms. Preston and am very hopeful that she is the kind of attorney with compassion and a fight for justice. You can hear it in her voice and family cases are emotional when children are involved that you need someone like Ms. Preston on your side. I know I am very emotional when it comes to my children because they are the innocent ones.

I just finished up a case with Summer through the Department of Revenue child support enforcement. My ex was lying throughout the entire hearing saying she didn't receive any of the cash payments I gave her for my girls. Ms. Preston was able to catch her in  each and every one of her lies and even th...ough I did not have proof of payments through receipts, the judge did credit me for everything  I testified to except for $13 that I gave her for batteries at toys r us. I am going to hire Ms. Preston again so I can modify the visitation because now I'm seeking full custody.

I called Mrs. Preston for an appointment she returned my call and set up an appointment. When the appointment time came she was late and when I called her she was rude. When we spoke she appeared busy and uninterested in my case. She told me my concern was not covered under family law and could not... help me. She could have told me over the telephone and not wasted my time and gas.

I asked Summer Preston to prepare a pre-nuptial agreement for me a few years ago. She spent substantial time discussing it with me and completed it in a timely manner. She is highly intelligent and I felt comfortable talking to her about my concerns. I plan on having her prepare my will also in th...e near future.
