Angel in a business suit!

Summer represented me in my divorce case. I was married for 9 years & my now ex-husband was attempting to hide & lie about his income as an independent contractor. Summer provided me with expert guidance, and quite frankly made my ex-husband's lawyer look like an amateur. Thankfully, we were able to ...attain nearly everything we requested from the judge and even some things we didn't request - thanks to Summer. I can't thank her enough.

Capable & Competent

Ms Preston represented me in my divorce several months ago. I was married for 27 years and I had much to lose. She was capable of representing me in such a high conflict case and was highly competent as it relates to her knowledge of legal matters. I recommend her without hesitation.

Horrible attorney don't wast your money!!!!!!

Mrs.preston did nothing for me you get what you pay for I paid her $500 dollars after finding her on cragislist I guess I can blame myself I should have known better. She did not present any evidence at all she told me her self she went over my case overnight because she works better under pressure w...hich I wonder how she studied 5yrs of a horrible marriage with 2 kids o er night? She did not ask any question that had relevance to my case she did not question him on anything and he had a lot going against him she did not ask me for my witnesses she just did not prepare my case at all at the end of the day I lost my kids to a drug head father with nothing going for him and she could care less. Now thanks to you Mrs. Preston I have to spend thousands on a new attorney to redue my case.

I remember this case quite well. I was retained for the second day of a two day trial. This particular client tried to represent herself and unfortunately, the first day of the trial is when she was to present her evidence, and she did so unrepresented. The review states that she "lost her kids." If you consider granting 50/50 time-sharing losing your children, then she "lost." The hardest part of being an attorney is having clients with unrealistic expectations. In most cases, the judges award the "other" parent time-sharing. I understand though, how difficult these cases are when your feelings and emotions are involved. Family law is a tough. Sometimes the clients blame the attorneys when they do not get the result that they desire. Unfortunately and fortunately, the end result has more to do with the evidence presented and the application of the law, then feelings and emotions.

Great Attorney

Summer took my divorce case after my ex-wife failed to negotiate a fair settlement, I met Summer shortly after I talked withe her on the phone and was completely satisfied I found the right lawyer. We communicated only when we needed to and she handled everything perfectly. Today was our court date a...nd she had everything ready to go, including copies of the final agreement so I didn't have to wait for the courthouse to finalize everything, she went over what would happen in the hearing and she was spot on, my ex-wife agreed to everything, and a fair settlement signed. I dealt with 4 different attorneys during my divorce and none compared to Summer, she is a professional, fair and reliable attorney and would use her again if I was ever in the need of an attorney. Thanks again, Todd

Came highly recommended.

I worked with Ms. Preston on my divorce several months ago. Initially,I had my reservations because her fees were so low and my ex had a high-priced attorney in her corner. However, Summer is extremely intelligent, capable and fought for me and I recommend her highly.
