Sheri Aprile Maxim

As a former prosecutor in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for 14 years, Sheri Maxim has dedicated her legal career to fighting for justice. During her tenure as the Deputy Chief of the Economic Crimes Unit, she prosecuted hundreds of complex white-collar fraud cases, identity theft rings and local business embezzlement cases. Over the years, Sheri handled countless drug trafficking, domestic violence, DUI, and homicide cases, including 3 death penalty trials. She reached the pinnacle of her prosecutorial journey by being promoted to Chief of a felony division.

Sheri has had the privilege of being born and raised in Tampa. She is a graduate of the Academy of the Holy Names High School and the University of South Florida. Sheri traveled to the New England area and received her law degree from Roger Williams School of Law. She returned to the Tampa Bay area to earn her LL.M (Master of Law) in Business and International Law from Stetson University.

Currently, Sheri is a dedicated and hard-working sole practitioner, who handles all client cases personally. Clients receive experienced advice directly from Sheri.
