Erin Maulucci grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Erin graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelors degree in Psychology.  After working as a fraud analyst for several years, Erin attended the Barry University School of law in Orlando, Florida.  While attending the Barry University School of Law, Erin was a member of the trial team and earned the Book Award in Legal Research and Writing II, Advanced Criminal Procedure and Advanced Appellate Advocacy.

After graduating from Barry University School of Law a semester early,  Erin decided to open a law firm.  The Tampa Law Group, P.A. focuses on Family Law, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Wills and Trusts, Probate, Bankruptcy and Corporate Law.

Erin was very helpful and knowledgeable about our issue. She told us what to expect and what needed to be done. She kept us up to date on the progress and answered all our questions. We will definitely go to her again for our next legal issue.

Highly recommend
I would recommend her to anyone. I have had to use a few attorneys over the years but I would have to say , not one of them have ever made me feel like they really cared about my situation. Was never rushed when we had to meet or when we talked by phone. Can not say enough good things about her or her abilities.

What a relief it was having that team behind us; We would recommend them to anyone!
Erin Medearis and Mike Severe were instrumental in helping us with our foreclosure and ultimately the short sale our previous home. They kept us abreast of everything that the bank was asking for and handled every aspect of the ordeal. We were very pleased with the work and effort they put forth and appreciated the way the explained all of the paperwork to us. We felt that they were right on the ball and we appreciated all of the reassurance they gave us in making us feel safe through the process. Great Job! I would recommend them to anyone.

I used the services of Erin Medearis for my Estate Planning. I found her meticulous in her work that was completed expeditiously. Communication with Ms Medearis was excellent and I was always able to speak with her personally within a 24 hour period if a question arose.
