Jennifer assisted me with a case against a Fortune 500 shipping company who ran over my dog on my own property. Jennifer represented my family in a very difficult case. It was a billing dispute over 4 of my dogs at a local boarding facility in Ocala, FL The owner refused to give us our dogs, on at least 3 times, even with calling a sheriff deptuy and calling 911, although we paid over 2 GRAND, and still ch...arged us. Each time she would keep the dogs, and would charge us more money, even though she would not let us have our dogs back. We hired Jennifer to help us. We filed a Replevin Case and won and All 'Bout Cats and dogs, owner, Liza Jones, even with a court order, still refused to relinquish our beloved family members. We now know why, our Isabelle, who we had for 7 years was DEAD. So we hired Jennifer to help us and help us she did. We went to trial and Jennifer was knowledgale, knew our case and we won custody of our other dogs. The Judge completely agreed with us that that our family members should never have been held in this manner. All came home except for Isabelle. we are mourning her death as you would a child. We miss you every day Isabelle.

I worked with Jennifer in the past on a difficult case regarding my dog being taken from me unlawfully by an ex. The case lasted approximately 3 years. I came on to see how my old attorney has been doing since then and noticed that another review, titled "left me up a creek" had details that were ext...remely similar to my own case, only intended to be more negative than truthful, which to me seems to have been written by somebody on the opposing side pretending to work with Jennifer, for they have conducted their behavior and practice unprofessionally and childish since the very beginning, in court, and even after the case had been settled when it wasn't in their favor. Regardless of the review, let me just say one thing...Jennifer Dietz was nothing but professional in every aspect of that case and the law when I worked with her. Those types of cases are very few in number I'm sure. In doing my research before hiring Jennifer Dietz, I noticed that not many attorneys handle those types of cases. Jennifer reached out to me and worked with me every step of the way. There were circumstances in the case , which I am not willing to disclose, which unfortunately led to Mrs. Dietz having to withdraw as counsel at the very end, but I assure you it was at no fault of her own. While working with Jennifer, opposing counsel acted unbelievably unprofessional every step of the way, and through all of it Jennifer maintained the professionalism one would expect from an excellent attorney. Although Jennifer was not there when a verdict was read, it was through her hard work and perseverance that led me to get my dog back home! I really can't even put into words the work that was put in on her behalf. Above all, she is someone who really, truly cares and will go the distance to satisfy a client's needs! I do not regret hiring her, I only regret not writing a deserving review much sooner. Overall, I recommend Jennifer and consider her a friend for what she was able to do for me for many years.
