Without the legal representation of Jennifer Dietz as our counsel, two dogs would have remained languishing in boarding. Her months of dedication to our case and these dogs spoke to her character and integrity. Mrs Dietz fought on our behalf to defend, mitigate & negotiate to reach a settlement betw...een our rescue and a boarding facility that was holding our dogs hostage over a bill that they had padded to the point we could not repay it. Thanks to the settlement agreement Jennifer presented, we now have these two loving dogs back and they were able to receive the vet care that was being withheld. Mrs Dietz has been nothing but genuine, caring, highly responsible and passionate about both animals and the clients she fights so hard for. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Dietz! She went above and beyond for my organization when we had an ownership dispute. Jennifer Dietz help me and my family in a large contract dispute regarding my pets. She worked through the Christmas holidays to help us get our pets back from a kennel that tried to over-bill us for boarding our pets. It was a bait and switch tactic by this unscrupulous kennel/boarding company. ...Jennifer not only got our pets back but she got the kennel to honor the original contract. She worked very hard and charged half of what other attoneys wanted. We love her!

Jennifer assisted me with a case against a Fortune 500 shipping company who ran over my dog on my own property. Many attorneys would not even take the case telling me "it is a waste of time and money". My Reba was a family member and with Jennifer's determination and passion for animals, we won the c...ase. Jennifer represented my family in a very difficult case. It was a billing dispute over 4 of my dogs at a local boarding facility in Ocala, FL The owner refused to give us our dogs, on at least 3 times, even with calling a sheriff deptuy and calling 911, although we paid over 2 GRAND, and still ch...arged us. Each time she would keep the dogs, and would charge us more money, even though she would not let us have our dogs back. We hired Jennifer to help us. We filed a Replevin Case and won and All 'Bout Cats and dogs, owner, Liza Jones, even with a court order, still refused to relinquish our beloved family members. We now know why, our Isabelle, who we had for 7 years was DEAD. So we hired Jennifer to help us and help us she did. We went to trial and Jennifer was knowledgale, knew our case and we won custody of our other dogs. The Judge completely agreed with us that that our family members should never have been held in this manner. All came home except for Isabelle. we are mourning her death as you would a child. We miss you every day Isabelle.
