BEST attorney EVER. He is very passionate about his work, as well as having a real concern for his client (and the child in our case). He walked into court prepared, respectful, confident and was compassionate. If you need an attorney that cares, works for his client and has a passion for what's f...air, Mr. Hurvitz is the attorney you are looking for. This was a very complicated case, where the opposing counsel was deceitful and did very questionable things throughout the hearings. Mr. Hurvitz never once stooped to opposing counsel’s level, he kept his composure and won by planning and executing with dignity and a solid level of knowledge of the law. He was able to get my grandson back with his father where he belongs. Mr. Hurvitz also answered calls/emails immediately (even in late evening/early morning hours), listening to our crying and desperate moments with a very caring heart. I cannot say enough about this EXCELLENT attorney. Again, well prepared, compassionate and knows the law (even in this very confusing case where 3000 miles distance made it difficult). He was professional at all times, walked into court with well-prepared binders of evidence and NEVER acted with an ounce of deceit or underhandedness as his opposing counsel did and he walked out of the courtroom a WINNER. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

I used Mr. Hurvitz on a couple occasions. One for a child support and parenting agreement modification (stipulation). The other for probate. Probate is probate. In the stipulation I think he did very well. He was passionate about winning. It was easily a justifiable case, but his knowledge on case la...w came in very handy to shorten what might have been a long a protracted effort. He sometimes seems could be better organized and he stretches himself thin, but overall I think he did a good job and for a rate that was better than other attorneys I had looked at. And he is easy to work with. Not many people can probably live up to 5 star Perry Mason, but I will continue to have him on my Contacts as go to for legal.

David represents me in my dicorce and child custody. He got me split custody and increased time with my child despite past lawyers gaining no ground. David was quick, knowledgeable and attended to my inquiries. Including nights and it didn't matter my question. He answered it and was honest and kept... me informed about everything.
