I used Kelly my lawyer to do a short sale on my home. She made the entire process easy, understandable, and she was also very sensitive to the fact that giving up my home and losing my home was not an easy process. She was extremely understanding to my unique situation and filed all court documents and attended court with me. She even stayed up late the night before court emailing me to make sure my case was well prepared.
