It's with the greatest appreciation that I have come to know the bankruptcy Law Office of Keith D. Collier and his excellent staff including Jordan Finely, for what they have done to preserve my most treasured asset, being my home, at the same time elevating myself financially with a Chapter 13 bank...ruptcy plan paying my debts back to my creditors. My first attempt at a Chapter 13 was with a highly advertised law firm and that ended miserably. My second attempt was a stab at just buying time, but what they accomplished for me was an opportunity, by creating a realistic plan that allowed me to keep my house and continue to move me past one of the most difficult financial points of my life. I (along with my financial advisor) met with Mr. Finley recently to discuss bankruptcy liquidation and reorganization options, as well as short sell options in order to determine what courses of action that might help me having recently become unemployed and owning a home with negative equity.
