After a very long journey starting with the implosion of real estate I found myself backed into a legal corner and hired a law firm. It's with the greatest appreciation that I have come to know the bankruptcy Law Office of Keith D. Collier and his excellent staff including Jordan Finely, for what they have done to preserve my most treasured asset, being my home, at the same time elevating myself financially with a Chapter 13 bank...ruptcy plan paying my debts back to my creditors. My first attempt at a Chapter 13 was with a highly advertised law firm and that ended miserably. My second attempt was a stab at just buying time, but what they accomplished for me was an opportunity, by creating a realistic plan that allowed me to keep my house and continue to move me past one of the most difficult financial points of my life. And the way they did it made it look easy, but I know that in reality, it was a lot of concerned and concentrated effort along with the priority they gave me on their part, combined with their experience and knowledge of the bankruptcy code and court, that achieved for me something I did not think was possible.
