I was very impressed with this law firm the moment I called in, and was immediately greeted and then set up for a free consultation with the attorney. Attorney Malhotra is very kind, understanding, and has a very thorough understanding of Florida law. He explained to me how a formal administration in... my situation was not necessary, and he was able to complete the probate for less than half of what other attorneys wanted, and everything played out exactly as he said it would. After the probate was done, we also did estate planning with him, and that experience was just as smooth. I’ve already sent a few family members his way, and I will continue to do so! I can't say enough good things about the Malhotra Law Firm. They literally came to my rescue after a family member passed. As executor of the trust, I was falsely informed, following his passing, by the agency who prepared his trust, that everything was subject to probate and they wanted to charge an... astronomical amount in fees. I was suspicious after my consultation with them and contacted the Malhotra Law firm for a consultation. We discussed the particulars of the assets and how they were titled/deeded. Mr. Malhotra informed me that none of the assets were subject to probate! He spent a fair amount of time with me and did this through the consultation. His honesty saved the estate tens of thousands of dollars. Had I needed to probate any portion of the trust, using the Malhotra firm would have cost us a small fraction of what the unscrupulous firm would have charged. It was a total set-up that I think a lot of families and seniors fall for. Mr. Malhotra and his firm saved us from these unethical estate planners. I hired the Malhotra law firm to probate my dad's estate. They were half the price of another local lawyer, but even with the lower price their staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I contracted with Mr. Malhotra's law firm to handle a small probate case in Miami-Dade county in January of 2018. After months of no progress he stated that Miami-Dade county was notorious for taking so long to handle probate cases. I tried to keep in touch with his firm monthly but since September, ...I have not been able to contact anyone to get a status. Now, the phone is answered only by a recording saying to leave a message but no one ever returns the call. Same with text messages asking for call back. I have asked for a refund of my fees and costs as apparently nothing has been done. I don't know if the firm is still in business so I'm worried about my papers. Anybody know what's going on?

Mr. Malhotra and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and handled my case with expertise and efficiency. Every other attorney that I spoke to prior to hiring Mr. Malhotra, quoted me 3 times as much to handle the case, and said that it would take anywhere from 6 months to a year to co...mplete what Cyrus got done in 3 to 4 months. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone that has a probate issue.
