I found this law firm online and went to their offices for a foreclosure consultation. Lots of promises and representations made about client service and satisfaction, so I hired the firm. Over the course of the following year, that was unfortunately not my experience. Calls would go answered for... days, no one ever seemed to know what was happening with my case, and Nick's basic attitude was to just roll with the inevitable foreclosure of the home. If you are looking for legal representation to just perform the minimal amount of work required and looking to ride a free place to live for as long as you can, then this is probably a good choice as I cannot argue about their pricing. However, if you feel you have actually been wronged by the bank, have the docs to prove it, and are looking to actually win your foreclosure suit, this is not the firm to engage. I unfortunately ended up moving my business to another law firm.

Mr. Stamatakis is not personally handling my foreclosure but someone in his firm. I am so far very happy with my attorney and Mr. Stamatakis oversees all the attorneys. At any time I can call and arrange a telephone conference with Mr. Stamatakis for a small fee and can discuss my case or other lega...l matters with him. His fee is very -very reasonable. Mr. Stamatakis has many years of experience defending foreclosure suits. He is also straight forward and will tell you whats going on with your case and will not sugar coat it. Great attorney and I highly recommend him.
