Minimal work
I found this law firm online and went to their offices for a foreclosure consultation. Lots of promises and representations made about client service and satisfaction, so I hired the firm. Over the course of the following year, that was unfortunately not my experience. Calls would go answered for...

Foreclosure
DID NOT REPRESENT CORRECTLY FOR FORCLOSEURE> I Had all documentation to fight forclosure, but all he wanted to do was draft my bank account and send the mortgage company on a wild goose chase. Had to fix the issue myself. I had the documentation I paid the mortgage. He totally ignored it.
I am sad to hear that this unidentified client feels he or she was not represented adequately. I have never heard of such a complaint with our offices. However, I assure you that if this client had paid as stated, our offices would have been more than happy to take the client's proof and win in court, because the cases in which a borrower has timely and fully paid each month are very easy cases to win in court, and the victory would generally bring with it an order from the judge that the bank pay all of our offices attorney's fees and costs for winning the client's case. So again, our offices absolutely want payment cases and we keep a keen eye open for them, and would not turn away from one of these cases, especially if brought to our knowledge. I have been involved in thousands of mortgage foreclosure law suits and what I see happen very often is that the client thinks that they paid timely and in full each month, but their records do not support this position. It may because they may not have paid, taxes, insurance, etc., or maybe they even made partial or late payments at times, which is real close to making all the payments in full and on time. However, being close in a payment defense is not enough in the eyes of the law, I'm ok with being close, but in court, being close generally is not not a winning case, sorry. Just my thoughts, Scott Stamatakis.

Great attorney and very reasonable fees
Mr. Stamatakis is not personally handling my foreclosure but someone in his firm. I am so far very happy with my attorney and Mr. Stamatakis oversees all the attorneys. At any time I can call and arrange a telephone conference with Mr. Stamatakis for a small fee and can discuss my case or other lega...
"Scott is dedicated advocate who always fights on behalf of "David" regardless of the size of "Goliath's" team of attorneys. Regardless of whether the battle needs to take place in state or federal Court, Scott will not shy away from it. If you need an advocate to champion your cause, give Scott a call!"
"Having known Scott for over 16 years, I strongly endorse him as an attorney of the highest character who will stop at nothing to defend his clients."
