Patrick Michael Singer

Patrick Singer is the founding attorney of Landlord Law, P.A. and is admitted to practice throughout Florida. Prior to shifting his focus to resolving landlord-tenant issues, Mr. Singer ran a general practice covering a diverse practice area. Mr. Singer’s landlord practice is focused on assisting landlords in efficiency and profitability: minimizing current losses, preventing future losses, and recovering lost profits.

Originally from Delray Beach, Florida, Mr. Singer received his undergraduate degree in Political Economy from Tulane University, while earning Dean’s List honors. After spending more than a decade in the workforce, Mr. Singer graduatedmagna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. While attending Stetson, Mr. Singer was part of the Stetson Honors Program and Stetson Law Review. As part of the Top 5% of his graduating class, Mr. Singer also received a concentration in International Law and the William F. Blews Award for Pro Bono Service.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Singer spent over 15 years working for a major automotive financing company. During these years, Mr. Singer supervised collection and customer skip-tracing teams as well as writing millions of dollars in retail automotive loans. Prior to leaving automotive lending, Mr. Singer acted as a development manager, assisting smaller dealerships in improving efficiencies and increasing profits.

As the father of three children, Mr. Singer takes an active part in the Tampa Bay community. Mr. Singer volunteers his time to bay clean-up through Tampa Bay Watch as well as legal assistance to local churches.
