Thank you Chris & Amazing Staff
Chris and his team helped me through the most difficult time in my life. Never having gone through a divorce … Chris and Stephanie did a wonderful job, keeping me informed and staying on top of everything. I can honestly say that Chris holds no mercy for the opposing side and goes hard for his client...

Long distance divorce
I hired Mr. Ragano's firm a few months ago to help with my divorce. I returned back home to Austria out of necessity and after I moved I discovered I have cancer. Mr. Ragano, his manager and staff are the most caring and compassionate law firm I have ever worked with. Not only are they fighting for ...

Highly dissatisfied.....
I retained Attorney Ragano for my post judgment child custody matter. He was mostly unresponsive during the course of his representation, condescending when he did respond and was not an effective advocate overall. I discovered after he withdrew that he failed to respond to inquiries from opposing ...
For the past 20 years, my practice has been focused only on the area of marital and family law. With so many years of experience exclusively in this area, I realize that any proceeding that falls within the realm of marital and family, most especially post-judgment proceedings, are very stressful and emotional for our client. The burden of proof in any post-judgment proceeding is high on the party seeking a modification by the Court. For that reason, I and my staff pride ourselves on being responsive to client inquiries. We welcome communication by email, telephone or in-office conference any time a client feels that they need counsel from someone in our office to get them through the proceeding. We often have clients drop by the office unannounced. Either I personally or someone from my staff will spend as much time as is needed for the client to feel better about whatever was bothering them than when they arrive, called or emailed the firm. Because this area of law is so emotionally charged, clients sometimes do not realize or appreciate the lengths their spouses will go to in an effort to impede our client’s ability to be successful. This includes the spouse telling our client that their attorney (opposing counsel) says communication with our office is the problem. For this reason, most of our communication is via email with opposing counsel to ensure that we can document our efforts to work with opposing counsel to resolve issues without the need for litigation. Any client is more than welcome to request copies of our communications with opposing counsel which shows that, in fact, we are communicative and we do respond to opposing counsel. Our goal is always to protect the best interest of our clients. As to the reference regarding Florida Bar grievances, anyone is welcome, and encouraged, to check the Florida Bar website at www.floridabar.org. On my profile page, under the heading of “disciplinary action” you will see that it plainly says “none”. This firm has received numerous glowing reviews from clients addressing all levels of service provided. Considering all the positive feedback and reviews that the firm has received and will continue to receive, often a client’s complaints are precipitated by collection efforts by the firm for non-payment of legal fees. When a lawsuit to collect legal fees is filed, clients feel the need to retaliate even if the firm provided stellar services to the client. Or, expended great effort to resolve the issue of unpaid fees which is met with no response from the client. I believe that is what has happened in this instance. We are always willing to work with our clients, even on payment of fees. Our firm’s primary goal is to provide exceptional service to the client and protect our client’s interests – no matter what. It is unfortunate that rather than communicate with our office and work out an amicable arrangement, you have chosen to give the firm an undeserved and less than favorable review.

Thank you Chris, you were wonderful!
Chris, First off, thank you. Your courtroom presentations were masterful. My ex and her supposedly high priced lawyers didn't stand a chance. I wish you handled business litigation too. I was researching an attorney to handle a case for my business and thought I would check what others had said a...
"I have known Chris for well over 20 years through litigation against him. He was always zealous and compelling. Of late I have been assigned on several of his cases as a Guardian ad Litem. In those cases I had the opportunity to observe him in court as a bystander. Chris is always respectful of the court, forceful when needed, and cognizant of what the court needed to hear. I admire Chris because too many attorneys lose sight of the children I represent. Chris has always heard me out and then addressed his clients when needed...all for the best interests of the children. When Chris and I litigated, even though he was zealous about his clients, he and I always managed to settle our differences and we came to peaceful resolutions that ultimately were in our clients' best interests. Chris has the knowledge to walk that line between litigation and settlement."
"I have known Chris for many years and have had cases with him on the other side. He is a great attorney to work with even if you cannot agree. He is extremely professional and ethical."
"It is a pleasure to have Chris as a colleague. You should consider Chris if you are searching for a results oriented attorney."
"It is my pleasure to e endorse Chris on Avvo. Chris is professional. He combines an excellent form of client education with his approach to the law."
"I gladly endorse Chris. He is professional and knowledgable. Chris posses and unparalleled passion for his work and clients."
"Chris is an excellent attorney. Chris shows his knowledge, in his work and the relationships he has with his clients."
